Empowering Women and Communities Through Skills and Livelihoods, Proudly Supported by Pune Police Initiative
From Raincoats to Reliable Livelihoods

Rain to Revenue
What began as a simple stitching project has grown into a powerful livelihood initiative. Through Rain to Revenue, women are trained in tailoring skills and given the opportunity to take on large-scale production orders.

What began as a simple stitching project has grown into a powerful livelihood initiative. Through Rain to Revenue, women are trained in tailoring skills and given the opportunity to take on large-scale production orders.

One of the most notable projects was the completion of 1,000 raincoats for Pune Police - an order that not only showcased the quality of their work but also proved that women working from their homes could deliver with the same efficiency and professionalism as any established factory.
This program is about more than just stitching garments. It is about creating dignity, providing steady income, and showing women that their hands can craft a better tomorrow. By turning raincoats into revenue, the initiative empowers families, strengthens communities, and ensures that women have the confidence and resources to stand tall as equal contributors to society.
